| RETURNS: |
PumpVendor.com wants happy customers! We vow to work with you to make you happy with your purchases. We pride ourselves by maintaining a customer friendly return policy.
All returns, no matter what reason, must have a Return Authorization Number. This is simply a matter of contacting our customer service department at service@pumpvendor.com within 15 calendar days of receipt of the item. Please provide your order number, items to be returned and a brief explanation. Refunds and credits are issued only after inspection of the items once we receive them.
Defective items:
All our items carry the manufacturer’s warranties. If you receive a defective item contact our Customer Service Department at service@pumpvendor.com within 10 calendar days for an exchange. After 10 calendar days please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Damaged in Shipment:
If your items were damaged in shipment contact our Customer Service Department at service@pumpvendor.com so we can arrange for an exchange. If the box being delivered is smashed flat, and the items inside are obviously damaged, just refuse the shipment and contact Customer Service. All items returned must be in their original packaging.
Product Does Not Meet Your Needs:
Our hope is that you are totally satisfied with your purchases. For any reason you may return items for exchange or refund (minus shipping and handling charges) by contacting our Customer Service Department at service@pumpvendor.com for a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging with all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty cards etc. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. |

| All items shown on our site are subject to prior sale. We work on a first come, first served basis and cannot guarantee stock availability. You will be notified by email or phone if there is an unusual inventory situation. |

All Duties, Taxes and Fees on orders shipped outside the U.S. are the sole responsibility of the customer. PumpVendor.com does not have control over these additional costs and does not offer to pay for these additional costs.
All prices and shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct prices and shipping costs before shipment is made and after notifying you for approval.
Items that must be shipped by truck will have the freight costs quoted to you prior to shipment.
Orders are shipped only after approval by our management. |

We also accept cashiers checks and certified checks.
Credit Cards:
The sale amount is Pre-Authorized at the time the order is placed.
The card is charged only when the shipment is made.
PayPal:
Payment is processed by PayPal at time of Checkout.
You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.
Bank Fund Wire Transfers:
The order is shipped when the Transfer has been Received by our Bank.
You must select the Bank Fund Transfer fee on the Shopping Cart page before advancing to the Checkout page.

We offer daily shipping by UPS, FedEx and USPS Mail.
DHL shipments are also available on your DHL account number.
A small processing / handling fee will apply.
Large or heavy orders that must be shipped by truck will have the freight costs quoted to you prior to shipping.
*** Orders shipped by USPS Mail do not have reliable tracking capabilities and are made at your own risk.
USPS Mail shipments outside the US have no tracking at all.
PumpVendor.com does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged USPS Mail shipments.
No recourse or reimbursement is available from PumpVendor.com for USPS Mail shipments.
By default, orders with back-ordered items are held until they can be shipped complete.
You may request partial shipment if you wish, separate shipping charges may apply. |

| SALES TAX: |

All orders shipped to a Florida zip code are subject to state sales tax.
Most counties also charge a discretionary sales tax.
The Ship-To zip code determines the total sales tax rate.
Florida tax law states that sales tax is also collected on the freight charges.
If you are a tax exempt Florida entity, enter your 5 digit Ship-To Zip code and add -0000 to it, the sales tax will change to zero.
**You must email us a copy of your current Florida sales tax exemption card prior to your order shipping!**

Since most of our packages are shipped by UPS we follow their working / holiday schedule.
