March TE-10K-MD Mag-Drive Centrifugal Pump |
| • The largest and newest chemical pump in the March product line, the innovative TE-10K-MD Series is an ideal transfer pump for many strong acid and caustic chemical solutions, such as those based on halogens or chromic and sulfuric acids. Made of carbon-filled Kynar plastic (PVDF), it is designed for complete chemical compatibility. Other materials include carbon-filled Kynar, ceramic, and Viton. Standard bushings are carbon. |
| • Flow rates range from 50 GPM (175 LPM) minimum to 210 GPM (680 LPM) maximum. Head ranges from 0 to 170 ft. (35m) maximum. To insure smooth operation with various specific gravities over 1.0, the impeller magnet assembly may be trimmed to a minimum diameter of 5.250" (135 mm). |
| • The standard pump has a 10HP TEFC chemical duty motor, 230/460 volts, 60 cycle, 3 phase, 3450 r.p.m. rated as continuous duty. The motor has U.L. yellow card recognition. A 15HP explosion proof motor is also available. |
| • All plastic parts of the pump are molded out of carbon filled Kynar (PVDF). The stationary spindle and Thrust Washers are made of porcelain ceramic. The gasket for the housing is Viton rubber. The bushings in the Impeller Assembly are carbon. There are no other materials in contact with the solution. |
